Why Brides Are Opting To Book Hair and Makeup Specialists Separately

A growing trend!

There has been a steady rise of brides booking separate hair and makeup specialists for their big day. Whilst not a completely new concept it is vastly becoming popular with Indian brides and seems to be a trend that is starting to pick up with some pace! Below are some of the reasons why!..

Specialisms

There are many dual artists that specialise in both hair and makeup, however a vast amount are starting to specialise in one or the other. Concentrating on one specific area would mean that the artist has spent more time perfecting that particular craft, and would have spent more time and money on gaining training and qualifications. This can mean only one thing for a bride and that is she will only be getting the very best for her big day.

Tailoring the look!

Using two different artists can provide what we can describe as a mix and match service! You could be particularly fond of one artist and their hair creations and another’s makeup application technique, booking both allows you to blend both skill sets together and create an overall unique look, ultimately getting the best of both worlds! It can only result in a win win situation.

Cost and time

Dependent on the chosen artists, you can can save a lot of time on the big day and it can also prove to be more cost effective. Most artists are extremely professional and can quickly sync together to create the perfect look for their client. Needless to say two separate artists can create your bridal look far more efficiently rather than the one. Also if artists are booked to attend to bridal parties or required to do the hair and makeup for close family members it is a no brainer to book two artists. They can work at the same time and swap easily between clients. Almost like a glamming conveyor belt saving lots of time and leaving you with more time to pose for those all important photographs with loved ones!
